Where the work is, across Ontario
Statistics Canada put urban AI adoption at 21.0% and rural adoption at 9.9% in the second quarter of 2026. That eleven point gap is the whole opportunity, and it is not evenly spread across this province.
Every page below names what that local economy actually runs on, which of the four services fits it, and the specific job I would look at first there. None of them is the same page with the city name swapped, which is most of what currently ranks for these terms.

Populations are the 2021 Census of Population count for the municipality. Every city page cites the city's own Wikipedia article, because a page about a place that will not link to the authority on that place has usually not been written about the place at all.
Before you spend anything
Tell me how many people work there, what the busiest hour of the week looks like, and which task everybody complains about. That is usually enough to say on a first call whether an assessment is worth your $999 or whether you have one obvious problem that needs one obvious fix.
