Greater Sudbury is the largest city in Northern Ontario and the centre of a mining supply and services cluster that sells engineering, equipment and expertise well beyond the local basin.

Selling at distance

The second is quoting and proposal assembly, because these firms sell to customers in other time zones and other countries, and response speed matters more when you are not the local option. Where the same technical questions arrive repeatedly from prospects, a grounded answer agent is worth costing, though I would look at the quoting side first.
