Why the prices are on the page
Every service above shows a number before you have spoken to anybody. That is unusual in this market and it is the single most useful thing on the site, so it is worth saying why.
Canadian firms publishing rate cards put an AI readiness assessment at $1,500 to $5,000 and a single automation workflow at $2,000 to $8,000, with multi-workflow projects running to $25,000. Those numbers exist. A supplier who will not give you one until after a discovery call is not protecting you from complexity, because the complexity is the same either way. They are finding out what you will pay first.
The trade is that a published range has to be honest about its drivers, which is why each service page names what moves the number. The most expensive line on any of them is personal information: a process that touches somebody else's data cannot use whatever is cheapest, and the reason is set out in what PIPEDA means for your AI tools.
Which one to start with
If you know exactly what you want built, ask for a quote on workflow automation or an AI agent and skip the rest. If people in your business are already using AI tools with no written rule, start with AI policy and staff training, because it is the cheapest engagement here and it removes a live risk.
If you know AI should help and cannot say where, that is what the $999 assessment is for, and it is the most common starting point. The fee comes off any build you go ahead with, so the diagnosis costs nothing if you also want the work done.
Before you spend anything
Tell me how many people work there, what the busiest hour of the week looks like, and which task everybody complains about. That is usually enough to say on a first call whether an assessment is worth your $999 or whether you have one obvious problem that needs one obvious fix.
